• Torsional Vibration Analysis (TVA)
• Structural integrity assessment of transmission casing
• CFD simulation of coolant galleries, lube oil galleries, air handling and exhaust system
• CFD simulation of after-treatment systems for pressure drop and spray predictions
• Pressure drop prediction of fluid flow networks using in-house 1D calculations
• Performance prediction of Exhaust-Gas Recirculation (EGR) Coolers and Oil Coolers using in-house developed 1D calculators and conjugate heat transfer CFD simulations
• Flow mixing simulations for EGR valves and Gas mixers
• Battery cooling simulations
